Since our inception in 2002, The Agape Family Foundation and Women's Development Group, Inc. has stood as a beacon of hope in Long Island, New York, New Castle, Delaware and now North Carolina since its conception, specifically extending our reach across Wake and Durham Counties. As a faith-based nonprofit, we dedicate ourselves to uplifting women, children, and families through a myriad of services that not only address immediate needs but foster long-term growth and stability. Our offerings range from counseling for individuals, groups, and families to mental health assessments, educational support, women's and expecting mothers' programs, community outreach, after-school tutoring, a food pantry, transitional housing, Biblical Counseling and Bible school training. Our foundation is built on the belief that holistic human services, infused with a spiritual component, can profoundly transform lives. By helping individuals and families see themselves as God sees them, we empower them to accomplish goals previously thought to be unachievable. Our experienced and trained staff utilize a holistic approach to meet individual and family needs, ensuring our services are accessible through free or sliding-scale fees, thanks to the grants and resources provided to us. Education and crisis intervention form the core pillars of our service offerings, highlighting our commitment to providing both spiritual and concrete support. Through our GED and educational supports, after school tutoring programs, and Bible school training, we aim to elevate the potential for personal and economic advancement.
